What’s happening at Stratford & Rx Vitamins right now?At this moment, Stratford and Rx Vitamins are in a phase of focused execution and disciplined growth. We're scaling our veterinary channel footprint while strengthening operational excellence across the two businesses. This includes investing in best practices, expanding key product lines, and building deeper engagement with our partners and veterinary hospitals. Internally, we're driving alignment around performance metrics, enhancing cross-functional collaboration, and reinforcing our culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Which trend do you see as most promising for your area? The most promising trend we see in Animal Health within the veterinary channel is continued acceleration of premium and medically complex care demand by pet parents. Pet parents are increasingly seeking advanced diagnostics and treatment options for their furry family members, which plays directly to Stratford's and Rx Vitamins' strengths in product quality, team expertise, and customer-centric approach. Additionally, the digitization of pet care—including telemedicine, data-driven decisions and remote pet parent engagement—presents a real opportunity to differentiate Stratford and Rx Vitamins and deepen long-term loyalty with partners and animal hospitals.
Which area will be most important to strengthen for continued growth? For sustained growth, strengthening talent development and retention is paramount to Stratford's and Rx Vitamins' success. As demand for high-quality care and products rises, having a stable, highly skilled team will be the greatest competitive advantage. This means investing in best-in-class training, leadership development, and career pathing, as well as reinforcing a culture where team members feel valued, heard, and empowered to deliver exceptional results.
Operationally, enhancing standardized processes and performance visibility across all parts of the business will ensure we can scale without sacrificing product quality and pet parent satisfaction.
As a leader, what’s your main priority looking ahead? Our main priority is to ensure alignment between our strategic ambitions and day-to-day execution. This involves:
Ultimately, that means turning strategy into predictable, measurable performance while preserving the passion and purpose that define Stratford and Rx Vitamins.
